Czech Republic - Rossum's Universal Robots - Karel Čapek

How I found the book:

I had read this book, yes technically this is a play, but i'm including for this project anyway! Anyway I read this book years before I even started this project. Back in my 20's i was going out with a girl in Prague, and I would visit the Czech Republic quite a lot. It turns out the Czech people are passionate readers, with most people carrying or reading  a book on the public transport systems. Book store stay open as late as the pubs too! I mean there is a reason I love Prague. The beer and the book. OK the History and scenery are pretty good too. So on one of my trips to a book store, with my girlfriend at the time, I wanted something science fiction and something by a Czech author. RUR was her excellent choice. The book also included a copy of War with the newts. Which is another brilliant book and probably better than RUR.

It's simply one of the Golanz masterworks books. which are super pretty.
